Baker Boyer announces the appointment of Francisco Saldana as its Main Office Branch Manager.

In his new position, he oversees the Main Office lobby at 7 W. Main St., and its drive-thru, as well as Baker Boyer’s Eastgate branch drive-thru, the bank’s Wheatland Village branch office, and the team of 12 employees covering those areas. He most recently served as Lead Universal Banker and completed the company’s Branch Manager Trainee Program.

“In addition to the daily operations, he will work to identify opportunities to optimize processes and enhance customer service levels”, said Michelle Thacker, Vice President, Director of Retail Banking.

“Francisco is attentive and always ready to serve our clients with a positive attitude. He genuinely encourages and empowers his teammates around him,” she said. “Francisco is a thoughtful listener and is always looking for the best resolution for the customer and the Bank.”

Saldana started as a teller at Baker Boyer’s Milton-Freewater branch in 2013. Since then, he’s worked as a Personal Banker, Universal Banker and Lead Universal Banker.
