Our Approach

Stephanie Rubin

AVP | Private Banker
Walla Walla
  • BA., Human Development, Washington State University

Stephanie joined the Baker Boyer team as a teller in 2009, one year after graduating from college. Before that, she’d worked in the wine industry at a local tasting room. Her rise with the company led her to a position as a personal banker before working as a Family Associate, Family Associate Supervisor and now as a Private Banker.

She works to provide her clients the experience of concierge banking with personalized and curated service. This comes as she forges relationships that lead to a deep understanding of the needs and goals of business and consumer clients, ultimately leading the way to expert guidance as they tackle their goals.

Stephanie serves the community through volunteerism at Blue Mountain Action Council, where she helps pack boxes of shelf-stable food for distribution each month. She also participates as a camp counselor at Walla Walla Community Hospice’s Camp Amanda, a weekend summer camp that helps children 7-14 learn to process grief.
