Our Approach

Mitch Roach

Vice President
Business Advisor
Tri-Cities
  • B.S., Business Management, Washington State University

Mitch grew up in Kahlotus, Washington on a wheat farm and learned early that it takes hard work for both crops and people to grow to their full potential. Before joining Baker Boyer, he worked in the financial service industry and in real estate lending.

Through his years of working with businesses at Baker Boyer, Mitch understands each business is unique. He believes to best serve clients one must listen to learn. By carefully overseeing each client relationship Mitch and the Kennewick Business Banking Team foster a close relationship with each customer.

Mitch is involved in the Tri-Cities community with the Tri-Cities Sunrise Rotary Club and has served with the Pasco Chamber of Commerce, Junior Achievement, and the local Habitat for Humanity family selection committee.
