Baker Boyer is pleased to announce the promotion of Nick McShane, Operations Center Manager, to Vice President effective July 1, 2022.

Nick has been with the Bank for over 10 years. Starting his career as an intern in the Audit Department, he has held various positions in Banking Operations Support (BOS) such as System Application Support, Loan Operations Assistant Manager, and Loan Operations Manager. With his extensive experience and background in BOS and Loan Operations, Nick was promoted to Operations Center Manager overseeing both departments.

It is vital within the banking industry for operations to run effectively and efficiently to ensure that transactions and loans are processed correctly. Nick’s most recent role as Operations Center Manager allows for the opportunity to increase operational efficiencies as well as create more effective process enhancements across digital and traditional banking. “Researching new methods to keep on top of banking trends is vital to improving the services provided to our clients and the community,” McShane says.
