Jan first came to Baker Boyer in 2006 with more than a decade of experience in the banking industry. She worked as a Family Advisor on the DS Baker Advisor Team and served as Shareholder Development Officer before her current position as Shareholder Relations Coordinator, a role designed to help deepen relationships among Baker Boyer shareholders.

Inspired by Baker Boyer’s more than 150-year history, her approach to work is rooted in the bank’s traditions, founding values, and the relationships that have been built around them. This includes listening with a focus on collaboration.

Jan served 10 years on the board of the TRIOS Foundation, was a member of the Kiwanis Club of Kennewick and secretary of the Kennewick Kiwanis Foundation, served on the local Junior Achievement Board, taught Junior Achievement classes, and volunteered in her children’s classrooms and at church.
