How do I set up two factor authentication (2FA) for my business online banking account?

There are two different methods that can be used to set up two-factor authentication for your business online banking users:

  • Authenticator App – Any free authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator) is supported and can be used to enable this enhanced security. This method is preferred for clients that do not have any ACH Origination or Online Wire Transfer permissions.
  • FIDO Security Key – For those who prefer added physical security, FIDO Security Keys are supported and can be purchased online or can be provided by the Cash Management department when your business users access ACH Origination or Online Wire Transfer permissions.
