How do I reset my username or password?

If you forgot your username or password, you can follow our step-by-step Username or Password Reset Guide, or use the instructions below to complete the process.

1. Select Forgot? beneath the Username or Password field on the Online Banking login screen.

2. You will be asked to verify your identity using one of the following options:

  • Enter your username and email address.
  • Select Try another way and enter your Social Security number or Tax Identification Number, along with an account number associated with your Online Banking profile. 

3. Follow the prompts to receive a password reset link by email or text. You may also be asked to enter a verification code using your previously selected security method, such as an authenticator app, FIDO token, text message, or phone call. If you do not receive a code, select Resend or Try another way.

4. After your identity is verified, create and confirm your new password. Your password must:

  • Be between 10 and 25 characters
  • Include at least one uppercase letter and one lowercase letter
  • Include at least one number
  • Include at least one special character: "+ _ % @ ! $ * ~"
  • Not contain spaces
  • Not contain or match your user ID
  • Not match any of your previous three passwords

5. To change your username or password after signing in, select your profile icon, then go to Settings, select Security, and choose Edit next to your username or password.
