Four Employees Promoted at Baker Boyer
WALLA WALLA, Washington - Baker Boyer announces the promotions of Melody Baston, Elisabeth Holt, Asha Breitenfeldt, and MaryAbigail Dills.

Melody Baston, AVP | Branch Manager: Since joining Baker Boyer as a Personal Banker in July 2011, Melody has demonstrated exceptional commitment and leadership. She was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager in 2014 and Branch Manager in 2020. Today, Melody leads a team of eight employees, fostering loyalty, consistency, and operational excellence. Her long tenure and dedication reflect a deep commitment to Baker Boyer, and this promotion represents a meaningful milestone in her career.

Elisabeth Holt, AVP | Tri-Cities Manager: Elisabeth has served as Tri-Cities Manager for two years, providing steady leadership and strong relationship building across the market. She is highly engaged in the community, serving on several boards and actively cultivating connections throughout the Tri-Cities. By leading through example and inviting others to engage alongside her, Elisabeth has increased both visibility and collaboration for the Baker Boyer team.

Asha Breitenfeldt, VP | Trust Advisor: Asha has served as Associate Vice President since 2023 and has been an integral member of the Tri-Cities office for more than 20 years. A trusted and familiar face to clients, Asha consistently represents Baker Boyer at key client events including the Economic Outlook, Legacy in Leadership, and client appreciation parties. She has built deep, lasting relationships with clients who know and trust her. Within the office, Asha is an invaluable resource, always ready to support her colleagues and share her extensive knowledge. Her dedication to clients and unwavering support of her teammates make her exceptionally deserving of this promotion.

MaryAbigail Dills, VP | Marketing Director: Over the past five years, MaryAbigail’s leadership has elevated the sophistication, strategy, and results of Baker Boyer’s marketing efforts. She brings a positive, solutions-focused approach and a deep commitment to protecting and advancing the Baker Boyer brand. Beyond the Bank, MaryAbigail is highly engaged in the Yakima community, serving on the Yakima Humane Society Board as incoming Vice President and volunteering with several local organizations, including the Yakima Country Club events committee. Her promotion to Vice President reflects the respect, leadership, and value she brings to Baker Boyer.
