Our Approach

Yesi Lemus

Private Banker
Walla Walla

Prior to joining the Baker Boyer team in 2021, Yesi built a solid foundation in customer service and financial services through a variety of roles. She began her career in banking as a Teller and progressed to Personal Banker and Lead Banker. These experiences strengthened her commitment to helping individuals and small businesses achieve their financial goals.

Since joining Baker Boyer, Yesi has served as a Universal Banker, Universal Banker Lead, and Small Business Account Specialist, before advancing into her current role as Private Banker.

Yesi approaches her work as more than a profession, she sees herself as a dedicated ally to her clients, especially small business owners. She is committed to understanding each client’s unique story and the “why” behind their work, allowing her to connect them with the right tools and solutions to achieve their goals. She believes financial guidance should be both strategic and compassionate, ensuring every client feels heard, valued, and confident in their next steps.

Outside of the bank, Yesi is passionate about supporting entrepreneurship and her local community. From 2020 to 2023, she served as a trainer for Mercy Corps Northwest and the City of Walla Walla, helping entrepreneurs build financial skills through Micro-business and Individual Development Account (IDA) programs. She is also an active member of Baker Boyer’s Employee Engagement Committee and Finance Academy, and volunteers with organizations such as the Blue Mountain Action Council and the Christian Aid Center.
