Our Approach

Richard Arnold, CPA

Wealth & Trust Advisor
Tri-Cities
  • Master of Business Administration, Northwest Nazarene University
  • B.S., Accounting and Information Systems, Utah State University
  • Certified Public Accountant

Richard brings more than 25 years of experience in finance and accounting to his role at Baker Boyer, including previous experience as a Chief Financial Officer. His background gives him a broad perspective on financial strategy, investments, retirement planning, risk management, and the many decisions that can shape a client’s financial future.

His approach to wealth management is thoughtful, collaborative, and centered on understanding each client as an individual. Richard takes time to learn what is most important to his clients, where they want to go, and what concerns or priorities may influence their decisions along the way. He believes financial guidance should make complex information easier to understand and help clients see how each decision fits into the bigger picture of their goals.

Rather than viewing financial planning as a series of separate decisions, Richard takes a holistic approach, considering how investments, retirement, risk, and other financial needs work together. His goal is to help clients feel informed and confident in the decisions they make while building a plan that can adapt as their lives and priorities change.

Outside of work, Richard looks forward to getting more involved in the Tri-Cities community through volunteering and local organizations. He enjoys building relationships, giving back, and finding meaningful ways to support the community he now calls home.
