Before joining Baker Boyer in 2023, Marlena built her experience in banking and financial services through roles at JPMorgan Chase as a Relationship Banker, New York Life as a Licensed Insurance Agent, and Wells Fargo as a Bank Teller. These experiences helped shape her relationship-focused approach to client service and financial guidance.

Since joining Baker Boyer, Marlena has served as a Private Banking Associate before advancing into her current role as Private Banker. She is passionate about building strong, lasting relationships grounded in trust and genuine connection. Marlena is known for being proactive, detail-oriented, and creating a personalized, high-touch experience that helps clients feel supported beyond their banking needs. Her goal is to provide an experience where clients feel truly cared for, understood, and confident they have someone advocating for their financial goals.
