Levi Waggoner
- B.A., Journalism & Public Relations, Minor in Music, Walla Walla University
- SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
Levi joined Baker Boyer in 2017 and serves as the Human Resources Director. Before joining the Bank, his professional experience included human resources, recruiting, and operations leadership roles with organizations in the Seattle-Tacoma area and at Walla Walla University.
He believes the role of Human Resources is to provide Baker Boyer employees with the same level of care and support they provide to our clients. His approach is rooted in empathy, continuous improvement, and building authentic relationships across the organization. He wants employees to know Human Resources is a resource they can turn to, whether they are celebrating a success, navigating a challenge, sharing an idea, or simply stopping by for a conversation.
For Levi, some of the most meaningful moments in his work come from helping employees succeed and supporting them through life's inevitable challenges. He believes people do their best work when they feel valued, heard, and connected to those around them. By fostering a workplace culture that balances professionalism with genuine human connection, he sees Human Resources as playing an important role in Baker Boyer's broader commitment to strengthening the communities we serve.
Outside of Baker Boyer, Levi serves on the board of the Walla Walla Symphony and sings first tenor with the Walla Walla Choral Society/Walla Walla Master Chorus. He is also an enthusiastic supporter of organizations throughout the Walla Walla Valley and enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling around the Pacific Northwest and beyond, and taking advantage of the region’s local food and culture.
