Joe joined Baker Boyer in 2019 and has held many roles with progressively more responsibilities before getting promoted to Business Advisor in 2022. Prior to working at Baker Boyer, Joe worked in a variety of industries including on his family’s wheat farm.  

Joe’s experience in agriculture gives him a unique expertise he uses when working with clients. He takes a solution-based approach to helping his clients by asking questions to tailor to their needs. Joe puts clients at ease through open communication and listening to their needs. 

Joe gives back to the community in many ways and is currently a member of the Exchange Club of Walla Walla.
