Jessie joined Baker Boyer in 2001, beginning her banking career as a teller. Since then, she has held a variety of roles across the Bank, including Vault Teller, Assistant BSA and Deposit Operations Officer, Compliance Manager, Regulatory Risk Manager, Audit Manager, and now Director of Audit & Risk. 

For Jessie, the most rewarding part of her role is helping employees navigate challenges and find solutions that strengthen the organization. While much of the work performed by Audit & Risk happens behind the scenes, she sees its impact reflected in the experience Baker Boyer provides to its clients. By sharing knowledge, managing risk, and helping improve processes, her team supports a strong organization that can adapt to change while continuing to serve its clients and communities.

Jessie has also been active in the Walla Walla community, previously serving on the Blue Mountain Action Council Board from 2010 to 2016. During her tenure, she served as Board Secretary and as a member of the Finance Committee.
