Before joining the Baker Boyer team in 2026, Basil built a strong foundation in accounting and tax services. He served as a Fiscal Analyst at Central Washington University, Tax Staff at Moss Adams LLP, and Tax Associate at Petersen CPAs and Advisors PLLC, where he developed a thoughtful, detail oriented approach to client service.

Basil brings a client centered philosophy to his work, believing that great service begins with listening. He takes the time to understand each client’s unique situation, priorities, and long-term financial goals, helping them make informed decisions that align with what matters most to them. He is committed to creating an experience where clients feel heard, valued, and confident in their financial future.

Outside of work, Basil values connection and enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring the outdoors, reading, playing music, and traveling. He also enjoys cooking and baking. Basil is actively involved in his community, volunteering with local food banks and serving meals monthly at Camp Hope in Yakima.
