Remote Deposit Capture allows authorized users to deposit checks from your place of business to your Baker Boyer business account. Resulting in fewer trips to the Bank and optimizing your deposit workflow.
This service is a preferred option for businesses that regularly deposit multiple checks. It can significantly reduce the time needed to prepare deposits, reduce check float time, and save money by saving on rising gas prices and removing the need for deposit slips.
Service Details & Fees
Remote Deposit Capture includes flexible access and reporting tools to help your business manage deposits with greater control. Admin users can set up or modify access for other business users, with customizable permission levels based on each user’s responsibilities.
Additional service details include:
- Same-day credit to your business account when the deposit is completed before the 5:00 p.m. PST cut-off time
- Various deposited item reports are available at no additional cost
- Unreadable items and foreign checks must continue to be handled at a Bank branch
- Stay connected wherever you are with the mobile app version of this service.
Fees are assessed against the business account on the last business day of each month.
