Since joining Baker Boyer in 2020, Craig Hamada has served as Wealth Management & Trust Operations Administrator and Wealth Management & Trust Director of Operations & Personnel. Prior to joining Baker Boyer, he worked as a Human Resource Manager in Washington state government. Craig earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Eastern Washington University.

In his role, Craig focuses on building meaningful relationships with employees through trust, open communication, and a willingness to listen. He believes in leading by example and creating a supportive environment where employees feel valued and empowered to grow. One of the most rewarding aspects of their work is seeing employees develop and succeed. Craig recognizes that strong internal operations are essential to providing exceptional client service and helping Baker Boyer continue to serve its communities.

Outside of work, he is committed to giving back to the community through his volunteer involvement with Walla Walla Catholic Schools and the Christian Aid Center. He values opportunities to support local organizations and contribute to the well-being of the community he calls home.
