Baker Boyer Vaccine Forum

Join us on Friday, February 26th at 12pm for a community-wide forum on the COVID-19 vaccine.

Moderator Anne Sumner, VP, Asset Management, will be joined by Dr. Daniel Kaminsky, MD, Dr. Christopher Hall, MD and Dr. Kenneth Isaacs, MD for a 1 hour discussion on the vaccine, its effectiveness and how it is being administered. They'll also cover the concept of herd immunity and the likely impacts the vaccine will have on re-opening public spaces, schools and businesses in our region.

The forum is open to the public and will be broadcast via Microsoft Teams. Please be sure to mark your calendars with the event information and come back to access the event on our webpage.

Our guests:

Dr. Daniel Kaminsky, MD currently serves as the Public Health Officer for Walla Walla County. He worked in private practice as an OB/GYN physician with Walla Walla Clinic for more than 20 years. Dr. Kaminsky has a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University, a Medical Degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch.

Dr. Christopher Hall, MD is the Chief Medical Officer at Providence St. Mary's in Walla Walla. Dr. Hall has practiced medicine since 2001 and received his medical degree from Oregon Health and Science University. He also holds an MBA from WGU.

Dr. Kenneth Isaacs, MD is the Regional Medical Director for Neuroscience at Providence in Spokane. He has over 44 years of experience in the medical field. He graduated from Medical College Penn medical school in 1977.

Dr. Eric Jauhiainen, MD recently retired after 23 years at the Walla Walla Clinic.  He is a graduate of Oregon Health and Sciences University in Portland, Oregon. His last 15 years of practice was in urgent care medicine, which has a heavy volume of infectious diseases.
