Baker Boyer Announces Promotions Sept. 2019
Walla Walla, Washington – Baker Boyer is pleased to announce the promotions of Michelle Thacker to Director of Retail and Digital Banking, Lynsey Sherry to Banking Operations Manager, and Olivia Loomis to Trust Advisor.

Michelle Thacker has 25 years of banking experience and is bilingual in Spanish. Her background includes personal and business banking, banking operations, consumer and small business lending, as well as digital banking. Michelle will leverage the full range of her experience as she takes on this new role in which she will oversee retail banking, operations, and the expansion of the bank’s digital offerings to maximize the financial success of Baker Boyer’s clients.
Lynsey Sherry has been with Baker Boyer for over seven years working in the Audit, Compliance, and Operations departments. In her new role, she oversees the bank’s Operations department which encompasses many client offerings such as wire transfers, debit cards, ATMs and online/mobile banking. Lynsey is an active member of the Accel Debit Card Network Advisory Council, the Blue Mountain Community Foundation Scholarship Committee, and the Junior Club of Walla Walla.
Olivia Loomis has been a part of the Baker Boyer Asset Management team for five years. She works hand in hand with her clients to provide retirement planning and asset management needed to guide them on their financial journey. Olivia specializes in Employee Benefit accounts and works to provide support to business owners and participants on matters of plan administration. She holds the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) credential from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA).
