UNION-BULLETIN: Baker Boyer Bank's emergency plans help in pandemic
The practice of disaster and emergency planning has helped set the stage for Baker Boyer Bank through the novel coronavirus pandemic. In its latest step, the company has launched remote work for a number of employees. The practice is one expected to increase across the community for those with access as schools shutter for the next six weeks.
Tricia Agee was among the first flight of Baker Boyer Bank employees making the jump to remote work last week.
As part of the company’s emergency response plan to the COVID-19 pandemic caused by the new coronavirus, she was part of a run of one to two employees from each department who took their work to home bases as a way to create social distance on the job.
