The owl symbolizes wisdom, intuition, and the ability to perceive what others may find difficult to see. Owls often demonstrate regal silence, fierce intelligence, and—when needed—power and endurance. For six generations, Baker Boyer employees have demonstrated such an unwaveringly prudent and long-term perspective.
With its “Owl of the Quarter” award, Baker Boyer celebrates an employee who best exemplifies these characteristics. Whether this be demonstrating teamwork, helping other employees achieve their goals, or providing clients with excellent customer service, the Owl of the Quarter is recognized by his or her peers as going above and beyond for those around them.
