Baker Boyer Promotes Three to Vice President and Two to Assistant Vice President


Baker Boyer is pleased to announce the promotions of three to Vice President and two to Assistant Vice President effective January 1, 2021. Promoted to Vice President are Anna Duncan, Lacey Braswell, and Jessica Long. In addition, Hollina Wadsworth and Tyson Romanick have been promoted to Assistant Vice President.

Three Promoted to Vice President

Anna Duncan

Anna Duncan, Consumer Loan Manager, joined Baker Boyer in 2017 bringing with her seventeen years of banking experience. As the Consumer Loan Manager, she works closely with her team to assist clients in all of their consumer and mortgage lending needs. She consistently demonstrates that value can be added to every interaction, even if it is through mentorship and education helping to get clients into a more favorable credit situation for the future. Her leadership has helped Baker Boyer continue its designation as “Best of the Best” for Mortgage Lending as voted by the readers of the Walla Walla Union-Bulletin. Anna grew up in Prineville, OR and has called the Walla Walla Valley home since 2008. In her spare time, Anna and her husband Dave stay busy supporting their son in his various sport activities. In between sports seasons she enjoys camping, paddle boarding, fishing, and spending time in the mountains with family and friends.

Lacey Braswell

Lacey Braswell’s, Properties Manager and Executive Assistant, began her career with Baker Boyer in 2003 as a Banking Operations Support Representative. Lacey was promoted to Executive Administrative Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer in 2006. Lacey was then promoted in 2016 to Properties Manager, responsible for overseeing the management of all Baker Boyer facilities. Most recently, she served as project lead for the planning and construction of the new 18,000 s.f. Baker Boyer Financial Center in Yakima which was completed in October. Lacey graduated from Walla Walla High School and then received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting at Washington State University. She is heavily involved in the Walla Walla Elks Lodge #287 and has served in various roles, including Exalted Ruler.

Jessica Long

Jessica Long, Executive Project Manager and Senior Executive Assistant, began her career at Baker Boyer in 2001. She started as a Cooperative Office Education intern in the Wealth Management department and has since held various positions at the bank. She has worked closely with the Executive Committee for eleven years and has progressively taken on more responsibilities including the role of Executive Committee Secretary and Executive Assistant to the President and CEO. Most recently, Jessica has chaired the bank’s #REDEF committee which is charged with redefining how Baker Boyer effectively engages with future generations of clients. Jessica graduated from Walla Walla High School and then received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Services Management from the University of Phoenix. She is involved locally with the Boy Scout Troop 305. 


Two Promoted to Assistant Vice President

Hollina Wadsworth

Hollina Wadsworth, CFP®, Financial Planner, began her career with Baker Boyer in 2016 as the 7th Floor Coordinator. She quickly moved into the role of Investment Associate and developed an interest in financial planning. She served as a paraplanner while obtaining her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation and was then promoted to the role of Financial Planner. Hollina regularly authors articles for the Bank as well as speaks at events such as the Baker Boyer Financial Empowerment for Women series. In addition to being a CFP® professional, Hollina has a business degree from Oregon State University. Hollina was born and raised in Joseph, Oregon, but has also lived in Denver, Bend, Corvallis, and Walla Walla. Hollina has a strong commitment to helping disadvantaged youth. In Bend she volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters and currently volunteers at the Walla Walla YWCA.

Tyson Romanick

Tyson Romanick, CFA®, joined Baker Boyer in 2019 as Portfolio Manager. Tyson has a strong background in investment management with experience of more than a decade working with Saturna Capital Management, a well-respected fund company in Bellingham. Since joining the Bank, he has very quickly gained the trust of both clients and colleagues. Tyson combines internal and external relationship building skills and a curious mind that thrives on research and analysis. Tyson regularly authors articles for Baker Boyer and speaks at Baker Boyer events such as the Economic Update. Since obtaining a Bachelor of Administration degree from Western Washington University, Tyson has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation. He also has a commercial pilot’s license. When not covering the markets, Tyson enjoys fishing, being behind a BBQ, or driving his classic car. He especially enjoys exploring the outdoors with his family.
