“In my Strategic Plan Director role, I feel I work for all 180 employees in the bank. My mission is to help my teammates’ projects move along by getting road blocks out of their way and bringing resources together to get the job done. Then our team can spend more time doing what they enjoy, taking exceptional care of our clients so they can realize their goals.”
