As a Trust Advisor, Stella will work closely with clients, the D.S. Baker Advisor team, as well as additional professionals outside Baker Boyer to carry out strategic wealth management plans for the overall benefit of local families and business owners. Stella’s background strongly supports her passion for facilitating the successful transition of family
businesses from one generation to the next.

Prior to joining Baker Boyer, Pederson was in the private practice of law for 22 years, focusing on estate planning, business law and real estate transactions. She received a Bachelor’s of Arts in International Studies from the University of Washington and her Law Degree from Willamette University. Her undergraduate degree included one year at
Beijing University in the Peoples’ Republic of China. Stella was born in Dunoon, Scotland, though she has called the Tri-Cities her home since 1997.

Stella is a member of Powerful Connections and chairs their Mentor Program, was the president of the Benton-Franklin Counties Bar Association, supports Benton-Franklin Legal Aid, and is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Tri-Cities. Stella enjoys volunteering for Habitat for Humanity, and the Boys & Girls Club as well as gardening, yoga, and running with her elderly terrier.
