Career Development & Training
Baker Boyer provides opportunities for employees to learn and grow in order to increase their job satisfaction. It is essential that employees feel valued and are invested from the start.
Each new hire at the bank is given a training survey after being in their role for four weeks. This survey captures both satisfaction ratings on the training they have received so far as well as giving new employees the opportunity to offer their own input for training topics that they feel would benefit them. These suggestions could be any areas of growth or development they wish to pursue.
Baker Boyer utilizes this information by making sure to provide training offerings that are curated to all employees' wants or needs.
