Baker Boyer is pleased to announce the promotion of Anna Duncan as Director of Retail Banking. In her new position, she leads the creation and execution of retail banking strategies and directly supervises the Consumer Loan Center and managers of Baker Boyer’s community branches.

The appointment is another step in a career that launched in high school through a school-to-work program in Central Oregon. Her more than two decades in the industry includes positions in branch leadership and consumer lending. She joined Baker Boyer in 2017 as a Consumer Loan Advisor and was promoted in 2019 to Consumer Loan Manager.

“With Anna’s 23 years of banking experience in branch leadership and consumer lending I am excited for her to lead the Retail Division of the Bank,” said Baker Boyer Chief Banking Officer Joshua Allington.

“Her enthusiasm, her knowledge of banking, and her strong work ethic are exactly what we need to help create and execute on strategies to evolve retail banking for years to come.”

Anna is a member of the Exchange Club of Walla Walla, participates in the Walla Walla Association of Realtors Care & Share Food Drive and is an avid supporter and volunteer for her son’s sports teams.
