FAQs

Will my login info change?
For returning users, we've provided you with a secure method to transfer to the new system. If you're unsure of the details of this system, contact us. If you're a new user, getting a login is as simple as enrolling and following the registration instructions.

Will I lose my account history?
You will not be losing your account history, the history available will be 90 days.

Will there be any downtime for the switch?
There will be downtime for the switch, this is anticipated to be about one day of downtime. As always we will make sure that there are messages on our site that this is occurring, and you will receive a message that the switch is happening.

Will I still be able to ...?

Everything that you can currently do in our system will be available to you in the new system. The changes to the system are all improvements, adding more features, not removing any!

Will my information be secure during the switch?
We take the security of your information very seriously. During the upgrade, your information will remain in a state of lock-down, and will afterwards still be accessible to only you, after a mandatory password change. No one external or unauthorized will see your information during the switch, or after!

Will my login information change?
Yes, but don’t worry! Before the switch, we’ll contact you securely to inform you of the specific changes that will take place with your username and/or password.

Who can I call for help with the new system?
Why, Baker Boyer of course! (509) 525-2000, 8am – 7pm Mon – Fri.

Will there be regular down times?
There will still be regular maintenance time, as always we will post any downtimes in advance.

Is my money moving?
Your money is still safe with Baker Boyer, only our online banking is changing to allow you easier and improved access to your funds.

What new features are we getting?
FinanceWorks, improved Bill Pay, improved Funds Transfer services, and much more!

Will there be fees?
There may be some fees associated with Extra services such as same day inter institution transfers.

Is Mobile Banking going to change?
To access mobile banking you will still go to bakerboyer.mobi. The look may be a little different, but the services will be the same.
