For the last 25 years, Baker Boyer has been proud to provide our clients with credit card services through our vendor Visa®. Over that time the cost of providing credit card services and the increased commoditization of the product has made this a Baker Boyer service most of our clients no longer see as distinctly local and unique. Because of this, Baker Boyer has made the decision to exit the direct servicing of credit cards effective September 19, 2015.
Baker Boyer continues to understand your need for superior credit card services and has been working for the last six months to identify a provider who can service this need. Our criteria was a bank who exhibits superior customer service, has a strong reputation, and will exhibit a commitment to our clients’ needs. I am pleased to inform you we found just such a bank, TCM Bank, N.A. TCM has been providing credit card services to community banks for over fifteen years and serves bank customers throughout the nation.
For your convenience, Baker Boyer will be transitioning your credit card balances automatically, which should minimize any disruption in your services. You will soon be receiving an upgrade to their Visa® Platinum credit card and you may now enjoy a rewards program.
THIS WILL NOT AFFECT YOUR DEBIT CARDS ISSUED BY BAKER BOYER. Debit cards will continue to be serviced by Baker Boyer, can be used at ATMs, and as a form of purchase at vendors as you have always done.

Your new card will be delivered to you the week of September 14, 2015.
When your new card arrives:
1. Activate it on or after Monday, September 21, 2015 at 12:00am ET. Your old card will stop working on Sunday, September 20, 2015 at 11:59pm ET. Cut it up and dispose of it after activating the new card.
2. Start using our new payment address. Effective on Thursday, September 17, 2015, please mail payments to TCM Bank, N.A., P.O. Box 30131, Tampa, FL 33630 or pay online at www.mycardstatement.com.
3. If you will be traveling during this time, please carry both cards to ensure you have continual use of your credit card.
If you’ve set up recurring payments with a store or service provider, provide those companies with your new credit number and expiration date.
