FAQs
How do I enroll for eStatements?
From www.bakerboyer.com, select eStatements from the login drop-down and click the “login” button. The subsequent screens will walk you through the process. It only takes a few minutes to enroll.
If I sign up for eStatements will all my accounts be electronic?
When you enroll for eStatements you will be prompted to select the accounts for which you want to receive eStatements. Click on the “Select All” button if you want all accounts and notices to be sent to you electronically.
I am a signer on a business account. Why do I see account numbers on my list?
eStatements pulls from our Customer File; therefore it will be a complete list of all your account relationships with Baker Boyer Bank. NOTE: If the statements and notices are currently mailed to another person, you will want to leave the account to receive paper statements. Unfortunately, an account cannot be set up for both paper and electronic statements.
Can each of several signers view the statement electronically?
Yes! This is one of the benefits of eStatements. Each signer who is enrolled for eStatements can view statements and notices on a shared account. Unfortunately, all signers must either use eStatements or paper statements&mdashnot a combination thereof.
Can I use the same User Id and password as my Online Banking account?
Yes, although it is strongly discouraged. It is not a safe internet banking practice to use the same login credentials in more than one place.
How far back in my statement history will I be available to view?
We recognize the need to have access to prior year information for tax preparation—you will have 18 months of statement history.
If I don’t log on to view my statements regularly, what happens?
You will receive an email reminder 5 days after statements became available. No other reminder will be sent until the next month statement becomes available. If you do not log in within a 12 month period your eStatements account will be deleted, and you will need to re-enroll for further access.
Will I have immediate access to all my statements?
You will have immediate access to all your statements 18 months prior to the current one. New accounts will not have statements until after the first statement cycle.
If I need a statement from two or more years ago, who should I contact?
Call (509) 525-2000 and one of our Call Center Representatives will be able to assist you. Alternatively, you may also request to speak to your Personal Banker. There is a reprint fee charged per-statement.
Can I download or copy statements to my hard drive or flash drive?
Yes, statements are available for download in standard PDF format. The statements can be saved by right-clicking on the statement date, selecting “Save Target As” and selecting where you want them stored. Just think—no more storing paper statements!
When I print my statement the words and numbers are gibberish. Why?
This may happen when a statement file is larger then your printer’s memory buffer. To solve this problem, save the statement to your hard drive before printing. Another possible solution is to print a few pages at a time.
What happens if I forget my password?
At the login page, look for “Did you forget your password? Click here to reset your password.” This will walk you through the process of resetting your password.
Why haven’t I received statement reminder emails for a month or two?
An email notice should always be sent to the email address you have provided us. Please confirm your email address by going to the profile tab on eStatements.
