Megan Clubb
President / CEO
Megan is President & CEO of Baker Boyer National Bank headquartered in Walla Walla,Washington.
Megan has brought about a great deal of change in a family owned community bank at a time that the overall industry is challenged. She has increased the bank’s profitability, grown its customer base and opened new offices during a very tough economic period.
Megan is a graduate of Whitman College and the Sloan School of Management, MIT. She currently serves as a Director on the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco and is on the board of trustees of Whitman College and its audit committee chair.
Lyle Hansen
Executive Vice President / Banking Division Manager
Lyle Hansen has lived in Walla Walla since 1984, and has 26 years banking experience. He graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics. Lyle spent 15 years with Seafirst in the dealer banking and commercial divisions, 5 years with Bank of the West (Walla Walla) as its main office branch manager and credit administrator, and has been employed by Baker Boyer since 1998. He manages the banking division. Lyle is a past president of United Way of Walla Walla and a longtime active member of the Local Exchange Club, which is instrumental in supporting youth programs in the area.
Mark Hess
Executive Vice President / Chief Operating Officer
Mark Hess is a native of Walla Walla. He has a Bachelor Degree in Mathematics from Whitman College; he has also completed the requirements to become a Chartered Financial Analyst. Mark has been with Baker Boyer since 1990 most recently as Executive Vice President / Chief Operating Officer. Before coming to Baker Boyer, Mark worked in the Mortgage Banking Industry primarily in the secondary marketing arena.
Mark Kajita
Executive Vice President, Wealth Management Division Manager and Chief Investment Officer
Mark’s background as a CPA, Financial Advisor, and Investment Manager allow him to discuss with his clients a myriad of options for wealth management and generational gift planning. In addition, his experience with charitable trusts, foundations, and gifting allow him to advise individuals on their community stewardship planning. Mark holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Washington. His background includes tax, trust, and estate planning, consulting Fortune 500 companies at Ernst and Young, as well as financial and charitable advising for Whitman College. Mark is a frequent commentator on Bloomberg and CNBC financial television programs.
