Upgrade Notes for Business Digital Banking Clients

Business Online Banking and Cash Management Clients 

While we have just released the upgrade to our digital banking solution for personal accounts, we are still working to complete the upgrade on the business side for premium business services. These include ACH, Wire, and Positive Pay features that will function within the new digital banking solution.  

For these services, you will need to navigate between the old and new systems by clicking on the Business” tab, as pictured below

To return to the new digital banking system, to view Accounts, complete Transfers, etc., click the “Online Banking” tab.  

TipConsider “remembering this device” if you are using a trusted computer so you won’t have to enter your PIN to go back and forth between “new” and “old” systems.

Other Notes for Business Digital Banking Customers: 

  • Business Tab features are also only available in the web browser version of our digital banking system at this time. 
  • In the Baker Boyer Mobile app, you can register multiple Baker Boyer online banking IDs and easily switch between profiles, such as your personal and businessThis feature currently in development for the web browser version. 
  • If you have QuickBooks connected to your Online Banking using DirectConnect, we expect a seamless transfer on upgrade day. If you have other types of connections or do have issues, please disconnect and reconnect to Baker Boyer through QuickBooks.
