Baker Boyer is pleased to announce the promotions of Vesna Dodge to Vice President, Trust Officer, and Casey Waddell to Assistant Vice President, Business Banker, along with the hiring of Deirdre Bealey as Human Resources Director.
Vesna Dodge promoted to Vice President
Vesna began her career with Baker Boyer Bank in 2010, when she joined the Wealth Management team at the Kennewick Office as a Trust and Financial Advisor. Prior to working at Baker Boyer, Vesna was an attorney for 8 years and focused her practice on estate planning. She received a Bachelor of Arts Degree at Walla Walla University and a Juris Doctor and Law Degree from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon. She has also attained the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor designation from the Institute of Certified Bankers.
Vesna is a member of both the Oregon and Washington Bar Associations. She is also a member of the Tri-Cities Estate Planning Council, the Benton Franklin Bar Association and the Kennewick Kiwanis Club.
Casey Waddell promoted to Assistant Vice President
Casey’s career with Baker Boyer began in 2010, when he joined the Business Banking team at the Eastgate Branch. Over the past four years he has established a great level of trust with his clients and fellow employees. A Walla Walla native, Casey specializes in business, commercial, agricultural, and winery lending. Casey holds a Bachelors of Art degree in Business from Walla Walla University. He is a planning board member for the Walla Walla Peach Basket Classic and Walla Walla Shootout AAU Tournament. He is a board member of the American Red Cross Blue Mountain Chapter and is a volunteer teacher for Junior Achievement. Casey also volunteers as an instructor of Blue Mountain Action Council’s “Money Smart” series and is involved with the Walla Walla Asset Building Coalition through Blue Mountain Action Council.
Deirdre Bealey hired as Human Resources Director
Deirdre comes to us most recently from the Walla Walla Union Bulletin, is a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) and is the current board president of the Blue Mountain Human Resources Association (BMHRMA). She is an HR Professional with over 15 years of human resource experience. Deirdre received her education from the University of Oregon in Eugene where she acquired her Masters of Human Resources and Industrial Relations. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree, majoring in Journalism/Public Relations with a minor in Psychology.
