Walla Walla – Baker Boyer is pleased to announce the promotions of; Joe Burlingame to Vice President, Brian Bruggeman to Vice President, Stephanie Angotti to Assistant Vice President, and Lacey Quiggle to Assistant Vice President. The promotions were approved by the Baker Boyer Board of Directors at their December Board Meeting and take effect on January 1, 2017.
Burlingame’s career with Baker Boyer began in 2011 when he joined the Business Advisor team at the Walla Walla Main Office. He specializes in commercial lending with a focus on small businesses and agriculture. Joe received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture Business Management with a minor in Crop and Soil Science from Oregon State University. A lifelong resident of the Walla Walla Valley, Joe is the current President of the Blue Mountain Humane Society, and the past President of Touchet Gardena Lions Club.
Bruggeman began his career at Baker Boyer on December 1, 2009, as a Business Development Officer. Later he moved to D.S. Baker Investments as an Investment Professional. Brian has obtained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP®) designation and the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) certification. In his current role as Baker Boyer’s Financial Plan Manager, he directs the process for comprehensive financial planning services provided by all D.S. Baker Advisors that guide Baker Boyer clients along their wealth journey.
Angotti’s career with Baker Boyer began in 1997 as a teller at the Main Office and Plaza branches. While at the Main Office branch, she worked as a Teller, Personal Banker and Para Banker. Stephanie successfully completed the Branch Management Trainee program in December 2011. She was then was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager at the Eastgate branch and became the Branch Manager at the Plaza branch in 2013. Stephanie graduated from Walla Walla High School and then completed her education at Walla Walla Community College, earning an Associate Degree in General Studies. She is a past member of Junior Club of Walla Walla and is currently volunteering with Junior Achievement.
Quiggle’s career with Baker Boyer began December 22, 2003, as a Banking Operations Support Representative. Lacey was then promoted to Executive Administrative Assistant in 2006 where she provides support to the Chief Operational Officer. Recently, Quiggle was given the extra duties of Properties Manager and oversees the management of all Baker Boyer facilities. Lacey graduated from Walla Walla High School and then received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Accounting at Washington State University. She is heavily involved in the Walla Walla Elks Lodge #287 and has served in various roles, including Exalted Ruler.
