Molly joined Baker Boyer in 2021 after being a small business owner in the Yakima Valley. Over 15 years of experience in managing small businesses and developing employees has given her deep expertise in building authentic partnerships.  

In her role as Trust Advisor, Molly works with portfolio managers, financial planners, and legal professionals to advise clients on trust and estate situations. Molly’s biggest strength is her ability to listen to her clients, then craft a plan specific to their needs. She compares wealth management to mountain climbing as she strives to minimize risk and eliminate obstacles to reach her clients’ goals. In addition to being a Trust Advisor, Molly was named Interim Branch Manager, where she supports the Yakima team in providing an extraordinary experience for all clients.  

Molly finds great purpose in serving her community in the Yakima Valley. She serves in various positions within her church and is a volunteer coach for the West Valley Girls Climbing Club. As opportunities arise, Molly looks forward to expanding her community involvement to spread positivity and kindness.
