Growing up in Walla Walla, Melody worked in customer service and retail before she joined Baker Boyer in 2011. Her customer service skills and love for people are shown every day in how she works with her team and clients.

Melody works hard to get to know the people she is working with and uses that knowledge to understand how to best train and mentor her employees.  Her understanding of interpersonal relationships and customer service apply to her management style and how she serves clients. Through coaching and having the Plaza Branch team put themselves in someone else’s shoes, Melody strives to create a positive environment for everyone who comes into the branch.  

Melody has spent 17 years volunteering for American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life. She loves the Walla Walla Valley and enjoys all that it has to offer her family.
