  • Baker Boyer Branch Management Trainee Program

Francisco joined the Baker Boyer team in 2013 as a teller at the branch in Milton-Freewater, where he grew up and graduated high school several years earlier. He rose to become a Personal Banker/Universal Banker before being appointed Lead Universal Banker. Completion of the company’s Branch Management Trainee Program prepared him for his latest role as the Main Office Branch Manager.

His position allows him to interact with customers of every background seeking an array of services. The opportunity to meet, work with and serve people from all different walks of life and find the solutions that best fit their needs is among his favorite parts of the job. Anchoring Francisco’s enthusiasm is a desire to guide clients toward a better future while also lifting employees in their career development.

He serves his community through youth sports and volunteerism. In Milton-Freewater, he is assistant coach of the soccer team at McLoughlin High School, where he played as a teen. The program and its athletes work with the Milton-Freewater Downtown Association as needed on events, including the annual Cinco de Mayo celebration.
